Alfonso Cohuo started as a master student in the lab back in January, but today he was finally able to catch his target fish and size class (Age-1-2)! He will be estimating mortality and abundance of juvenile Gulf Sturgeon in the Pascagoula River and will be looking at the trophic ecology of different size classes of Gulf Sturgeon using stable isotopes (with Dr. Kevin Dillon).
